Windmill Wellness Ranch, a nationally recognized and award-winning treatment center nestled between San Antonio and Austin, is hiring a full-time Residential Therapist to join our growing clinical team.

This is not your average 30-day treatment gig. Our program gives clients 60 days of deeply immersive, personalized care – and you’ll have the time and space to actually do the kind of therapy that works.

What You’ll Do:

​

• Carry a manageable caseload of 6–8 adult clients

• Provide individual therapy (1 full session + 1 check-in, family session, or trauma session per week per client)

• Facilitate weekly groups (you get to teach what you know – no rotating topics here!)

• Engage families when appropriate, support aftercare planning, and collaborate with our multi-disciplinary dream team

• Handle documentation that meets standards (not soul-crushing busywork)

• Get access to weekly consults with a nationally published addictionologist

Who You Are:

​

• Licensed in Texas (LPC, LPCA, LMSW, LCSW)

• Preferably have 1–2 years of treatment experience

• Team player, great communicator, and able to work on-site Sunday–Thursday

• Comfortable with diverse adult populations 18+

• Committed to documentation, collaboration, and compassion
