David Lawrence Centers for Behavioral Health (DLC) is seeking a Psychiatrist to join its expanding clinical team in Naples, Florida. This role is ideal for a psychiatrist who values high-quality clinical work, is comfortable across inpatient and outpatient settings, and enjoys practicing within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

DLC is in an exciting phase of growth, including the development of a new behavioral health urgent care and a new inpatient hospital currently under construction. As the organization continues to expand its facilities and services, this role offers a strong clinical foundation today with longer-term opportunities for professional growth and program involvement for those who are interested.

Who You Are

​

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist 

• Clinically confident in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatry 

• Collaborative by nature and energized by working alongside an multidisciplinary team

• Interested in innovative, evidence-based treatment models, including the thoughtful integration of technology

• Enjoys mentoring and supporting PMHNPs, medical students, residents and other clinical team members 

• Motivated by meaningful work in a mission-driven nonprofit setting 

What You’ll Do

​

• Incorporate innovative treatment methods, including TMS, immersive therapy, and other evolving modalities, as part of a modern, patient-centered care model

• Provide psychiatric care across inpatient, outpatient, crisis, and urgent care settings, aligned with your experience and interests 

• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care 

• Practice in new and expanding clinical environments designed to improve access and quality of care across the community 

• Provide supervision and mentorship to PMHNPs and trainees as part of routine clinical collaboration 

• Over time, participate in program development or clinical leadership initiatives as the organization grows, based on interest and fit
