The Community: Carolina Dunes is located Southeastern North Carolina in the town of Leland. The area offers a diversity of housing, education, and recreational options – all of which are easily commutable. The overall cost of living, low crime rates and proximity to some of North Carolina’s beautiful beaches make this a great area for both work and play. Leland has been described as a “helping community where everyone will do what it takes to help others.” You might choose its suburban feel or be drawn to Wilmington for plenty of shopping and restaurants, to the beaches or to a more rural setting. The region is family-friendly and a great place to raise children. And you can’t beat the weather!
